Returns & Exchanges Policy

For a limited time, baker miller offers free returns within the continental United States.

Please carefully review our return and exchange policy before making your purchase.

All our garments are made-to-order, so we don’t keep regular inventory. We also produce on-demand to reduce the impact of fabric waste on the environment.

We want you to love and feel great wearing our pieces. We'd love to help you find the right size and style for you. We highly encourage you to review our size guide before purchasing. Feel free to email us at with your measurements for fit help, questions about fabric, or anything else. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days from your delivery date at We want you to be happy with your purchase. We’ll make every effort to make your purchase right for you or issue you a refund. 

We will email you a pre-paid UPS Ground shipping label you can use to return the package.

All items older than 21 days from the delivery date are final sale.

Worn, altered, or washed merchandise cannot be returned. All merchandise returned must be in the original condition, and all tags and labels must be attached. Items not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund and a credit will be issued via the same method of original payment. Returns are processed in approximately 7-10 business days after receipt of goods. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.

We do not provide exchanges. To serve you most quickly, we recommend placing a new order in the desired size and color and returning the merchandise as described above.
